Our Twickenham site offers hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy, salt therapy, infrared sauna, and compression therapy.
For acute treatments, we have a lay down medical grade hard hyperbaric chamber that can deliver pressures of 2.0ATA. We also have a soft chamber that delivers pressures of 1.3ATA.

With our Essential and gold memberships you have access to

This Autumn we have also brought in our new Oxygen and Redlight weekly memberships for those that want to take their wellness to the next level.
All memberships are for a minimum of 4 weeks and then continue on a weekly rolling basis. Memberships will be capped so there is fare use of all equipment across both members and non members at the centre.
The aim of the memberships is to promote the regular use of the equipment to enhance and optimise your health, we will be with you every step of the way to guide you through the best use of treatments and how to achieve your personal aims and goals.

Nestled on the edge of Twickenham town centre, our site in Middlesex, London is at the home of the mighty Harlequins rugby team who play at “The Stoop”. We are just 20-minute drive from J12 of the M25 and we are easy to access from towns such as Weybridge, Walton on Thames, Kingston and Sunbury as well as the train links with Richmond and Twickenham making it possible to access our facilities from many parts of London. With lots of free parking in the main North car park and just a short walk from Gate 1 entrance our Twickenham site is easily accessible via car, train and public transport.
