Terms & Conditions
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full rate.
- If you have a last-minute medical appointment that coincides with your session, please provide a copy of the appointment confirmation and the cancellation fee will be waived.
- Sessions may be transferred to friends or family members within the valid usage period of the purchased pass only.
- We do not offer refunds, however, sessions may be transferred as per our trasnfer policy

Terms & Conditions
- A minimum commitment of 4 weeks is required when joining the membership.
- Unused weekly sessions do not roll over and will be forfeited.
- Memberships may be frozen for up to 4 weeks at a time, to a maximum of 12 weeks per calendar year.
- To cancel your membership, please email info@simplyoxygen.co.uk with a minimum of 1 week’s notice.
